Built for Channel Partners

Built for channel partners.
Shown in the product.

Leadvio is a young product, so instead of borrowed success stories, here is exactly what it does for a channel partner firm, workflow by workflow.

Workflow Stories

Three workflows, shown end to end.

These are examples of how a channel partner team uses Leadvio, shown with sample data. They are not customer results. When our first customers agree to share their stories with names and numbers attached, those stories will stand here instead.

One lead, from Facebook to booking

A homebuyer taps a Facebook ad for a Kandivali project at nine in the night. The lead lands in the firm's pipeline on its own, assigned by round robin before anyone has forwarded a screenshot. The telecaller calls from her own SIM through the dialer, the call logs itself, and the callback she promised becomes a task with a time on it. The site visit is scheduled on the same record, completed with location proof, and the EOI and booking close on the same thread.

  • Automatic capture from ad forms, portals and WhatsApp

  • EOI and booking status visible on the lead

  • KYC checklist tracked per booking. Your documents stay with you; Leadvio stores the checklist, never the documents

Why It Matters

The pain it removes: a lead that used to travel through screenshots, personal chats and one person's memory now moves on one record the whole firm can see.

A dead pool revival round

Every channel partner firm sits on hundreds of leads that went quiet, most of them paid for. In most firms they get deleted or forgotten. In Leadvio they wait in the Dead Pool with their full history intact. On a slow Tuesday the owner picks forty of them and starts a revival round: fresh calls from the dialer, WhatsApp follow-ups, and any reply pulls the lead straight back into the active pipeline, history attached.

  • Cold leads move to the Dead Pool instead of getting deleted

  • Full call and note history survives on the lead

  • Replies re-enter the pipeline with the old context attached

Why It Matters

The pain it removes: paid-for leads thrown away because nobody could see they were worth one more call.

A commission dispute, settled by the record

A booking closes, and at payout time the developer's team remembers a different slab than the partner does. It is the oldest fight in this business. In Leadvio the slab was set on the project before the first lead arrived, the booking carried its expected payout from day one, and the record shows what was agreed, what is approved and what has been paid. The argument ends at the record, not at someone's memory of a phone call.

  • Commission slabs configured per project, before leads flow

  • Payout status tracked from booking to payment

  • One clear view of pending commissions across projects

Why It Matters

The pain it removes: commission confusion at the exact moment the money is due.

And the daily workflows underneath.

The stories above run on two habits the product enforces every day: no follow-up left to memory, and no site visit left invisible.

No follow-up depends on memory

Calls go out from the agent's own SIM through the Leadvio dialer, so customers see a real number and pick up. Every call is logged to the lead, and every promise of a callback becomes a task with a time on it.

  • SIM calls auto-logged to the lead record

  • Follow-up tasks with due times, and an overdue view for the owner

  • Dead Pool reactivation brings old leads back into the pipeline

Why It Matters

The pain it removes: follow-ups forgotten after the first call, and no way for you to see which leads went cold.

Every site visit is visible

Visits are scheduled on the lead, completed with GPS location proof, and closed with notes on the same record. You see who went, where, and what happened next.

  • One shared visit form on every surface

  • Location proof recorded when the visit is completed

  • Visit outcome and notes stay on the lead record

Why It Matters

The pain it removes: visits you cannot verify, and attribution fights when two partners claim the same walk-in.

The Live Demo

Do not take our word for it. Watch it work.

Leadvio is new, so our proof is the product itself. Book a live demo and we will run a real lead through the whole journey on your screen: capture, follow-up, site visit, booking, commission. Ask us anything. Try to break it. That is the demo.

A working session on your own pipeline, not a slide deck.

The Founder

Built by someone who has sat in your seat.

Solo founder13Fold LabsMumbai

Leadvio is built by Sahil, a solo founder from the channel partner side of Mumbai real estate. Not a software company guessing at the problem from outside, but someone who has chased the follow-ups and argued the commissions himself.

The two problems he kept hitting are the two Leadvio exists to kill. Follow-ups that live in one person's memory, and die there. And commissions that turn into disputes at payout time, because what was agreed was never written down in one place both sides could see.

So he built the record he always wanted: every lead, call, visit, booking and payout on one thread. Leadvio is a 13Fold Labs product, built in Mumbai for channel partners first. It is early and it is founder led, which means every customer talks directly to the person building it.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Leadvio is a young product, so the stories on this page are workflow examples shown with sample data, not customer results. When customers agree to be named, their stories will replace these examples.

They show three everyday channel partner workflows end to end: a Facebook lead taken to a booking on one record, a round of quiet leads revived from the Dead Pool, and a commission dispute settled using the slab record. Two daily workflows are also shown: SIM dialer calls that log themselves, and site visits with GPS location proof.

Yes. Book the live demo and the same workflows are run in the product, or start free and bring your own leads in. The examples show the flow; the demo shows it on data that looks like yours.

You start free on day one and your lead sources are connected in the first two days. First follow-ups run from the system in days two to four, the first site visit is scheduled in week one, and by week two the first payout is being tracked in the commission ledger.

Leadvio is free for up to 3 users, with no time limit. For bigger teams, pricing is by team size: Team 5 is ₹4,995 per month, Team 10 is ₹8,490 per month, Team 20 is ₹14,980 per month, and Team 50 is ₹32,450 per month, plus GST. The per user price drops as the team grows: ₹999, ₹849, ₹749 and ₹649 per user. There is no free trial on paid plans; the free plan is the way to start.

Judge it on your own pipeline.

Start free or book a guided demo and run Leadvio on your own leads. Leadvio is free for up to 3 users, with no time limit. That is the only proof that should count.
