Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove data Leadvio has obtained through connected third-party accounts, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and how to request deletion of your Leadvio account data entirely.

1. Disconnecting Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

If your workspace admin connected a Meta Ads account to auto-import Facebook or Instagram lead ad submissions, you can disconnect it at any time from Settings → Lead Capture & APIs → Meta Ads Integration → Disconnect Meta Account. Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes the stored Meta access token, connected Page list, and Page subscription records from Leadvio's database. It does not delete leads already imported into your CRM before disconnecting, those are your business's own customer data, managed separately (see Section 3).

2. Other Connected Integrations

Google Ads and custom webhook integrations can similarly be removed from Settings → Lead Capture & APIs, which deletes the associated stored credentials or webhook tokens.

3. Deleting Your Leadvio Account and Business Data

To request deletion of your workspace, account, or any personal data Leadvio holds about you (including data obtained via a connected third-party platform), email privacy@leadvio.in from your registered account email with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including your company name and workspace URL. We will verify the request and permanently delete the applicable data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law (for example, billing and tax records).

No. Disconnecting stops the connection, but leads already imported into your CRM stay in your account. They are your business's own customer data and are managed separately from the Meta connection.
