1. Who We Are
Leadvio provides a real estate CRM and related tools for channel partners, developers, and sales teams. For this policy, "Leadvio", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Leadvio platform. Our contact address is 124 Hubtown Solaris, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400069, India.
We act as a data fiduciary/controller for information we collect directly from website visitors, account owners, billing contacts, and support users. For lead, project, customer, call, site visit, commission, and broker-page data uploaded by a customer into their workspace, we generally process that data as a service provider/processor on that customer's instructions.
2. Scope
This policy applies to leadvio.in, app.leadvio.in, Leadvio CRM, Leadvio Pages, demo requests, support requests, public listing enquiry forms, integrations, webhooks, and related product experiences. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
3. Information We Collect
Account and company information
We may collect your name, company name, business address, city, RERA or business identifiers where provided, work email, mobile number, login credentials, role, team membership, and subscription details.
CRM workspace data
Customers may upload or generate lead names, mobile numbers, email addresses, source details, project preferences, notes, follow-ups, site visit records, booking milestones, commission records, uploaded documents, public listing content, broker profile details, and similar operational data.
Communications and support data
We collect information you send through demo forms, WhatsApp links, email, chat, help requests, surveys, and support conversations.
Device, log, and usage data
We collect IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, app events, feature usage, error logs, security logs, and diagnostics. Where the dialer or site-visit features are enabled, the product may process call metadata, call disposition, recording references where configured, and location/GPS check-in data according to the customer's settings and applicable permissions.
Payment and billing data
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive transaction status, plan, invoice, GST, billing contact, and limited payment metadata. We do not intentionally store complete card, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or similar sensitive payment credentials.

5. Legal Bases and Consent
We process personal data where it is necessary to provide the service, where you or your organization has requested or consented to the processing, where processing is necessary for compliance with law, for security and fraud prevention, for enforcing legal rights, or for other permitted uses under applicable law.
Where Indian digital personal data law requires consent, the notice and consent will be specific to the relevant purpose. You may withdraw consent where applicable, but withdrawal may affect features that depend on that data.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell customer lead databases. We may share information with:
- Customer-authorized users within the same workspace.
- Service providers for hosting, storage, analytics, email, SMS/WhatsApp, payments, security, customer support, and infrastructure operations.
- Integration partners when a customer enables or configures an integration, API connection, webhook, import, export, or public listing feature.

- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of business, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, prevent abuse, and support legitimate business records. Customer workspace data is retained according to the customer's subscription status, product settings, and applicable data deletion requests. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before deletion cycles complete.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, audit logging, environment separation, monitoring, and restricted staff access. No internet service is perfectly secure, so customers must also maintain strong passwords, appropriate role permissions, secure devices, and lawful collection practices.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating, deletion, export, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal, and other rights available to you. If your data is inside a customer's workspace, we may redirect the request to that customer because they control the workspace data.

10. Children's Data
Leadvio is a business product and is not intended for children. Customers must not knowingly upload children's personal data unless they have a lawful basis, required permissions, and a legitimate business purpose.
11. International Transfers
We may use cloud infrastructure and service providers located in India or other jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use commercially reasonable safeguards and contractual protections as required by applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified through the product or email.
