Your lead data is your business. Leadvio is built so that it stays yours: data travels over encrypted connections, the keys linking your WhatsApp number are encrypted at rest, your WhatsApp runs under your own Meta account rather than ours, your data is exportable on request, and we deliberately do not store your customers' identity documents at all. This page explains each of those choices in plain language.
Encryption
All data moving between your browser or phone and Leadvio travels over encrypted connections. The connection keys used to link your WhatsApp number to your account are encrypted at rest, so a stored key is not a usable key.
Your WhatsApp stays under your account
Leadvio uses a per tenant model for WhatsApp. Each client connects their own phone number under their own Meta account, and pays Meta directly for messaging. We never pool client numbers under a Leadvio account, and your number, your Meta account and your conversation history remain under your control.
No customer document storage, by design
Leadvio has a KYC checklist, and deliberately no document uploads. We do not store copies of your customers' PAN, Aadhaar or other identity documents, because a channel partner's CRM should not become a leak risk for documents it never needed to hold. The checklist records that verification was done; the documents themselves stay with you and your customer, outside Leadvio.
Your data is exportable
Your leads, bookings and commission records belong to you. If you ever need a full copy of your data, write to us through the demo page and we will provide it, so you are never locked in by your own history. If you ever leave, your data leaves with you.
Access stays inside your firm
Leadvio accounts are per firm. Your team sees your firm's pipeline; no other Leadvio customer can see your leads, your projects or your commission figures, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
What we do not claim
We do not list security certifications we do not hold, and we do not dress this page up with badges. If your firm needs a specific compliance document before buying, write to us and we will answer plainly with what exists today.

Yes. Your data is exportable on request; contact the team through the demo page. Accounts are isolated per firm, so no other firm on the platform can see your pipeline or your records.
Leadvio does not list certifications it does not hold. This page states plainly what is protected and how, including a section on what we do not claim, so you can judge the actual position instead of a badge.
