WhatsApp, inside the CRM your team already uses

WhatsApp in Leadvio is two-way. Enquiries that start on WhatsApp arrive as leads, your team reads and replies from the lead record itself, and the full chat stays on the lead timeline next to calls and site visits. Each business connects its own number under its own Meta account, so the conversation belongs to your firm, not to one phone.

Free for up to 3 users. No credit card needed.

A buyer chat, on the lead recordWhatsApp
Buyer: Is the 2 BHK at Lodha Sterling still available this weekend?
Your team: Yes, it is. Shall I book your site visit for Saturday at 11?
Buyer: Saturday 11 works. Please confirm.
The full chat is saved on the lead timeline, visible to your whole team.
How it works

Your own number, connected once, worked from the CRM

Connection is per business. Each firm connects its own WhatsApp number to its own workspace, and the team works every chat from there.

1

Connect your own number

Your business connects its own WhatsApp number under its own Meta account through Meta Embedded Signup. The number belongs to your business and connects to your Leadvio workspace.

2

Enquiries arrive as leads

When a buyer messages your number, the enquiry becomes a lead in Leadvio. Leads from Facebook and 99acres can also continue their conversation on WhatsApp from the same record.

3

Read and reply from the lead record

Your team opens the lead, reads the full chat on the timeline, and replies without leaving Leadvio. No one needs to pass a personal phone around.

4

Templates and reminders keep it moving

Use message templates for replies that repeat, and send follow-up reminders over WhatsApp when a follow-up is due. The reply continues in the same thread.

What your team sees

Your team sees one timeline per lead. The WhatsApp chat sits next to calls, notes and site visits, so anyone opening the lead understands the full conversation before they reply. Managers see the same record, so nothing depends on asking an agent what was said.

What to know before you connect

The number is yours, and so is the account.

Each business connects its own number under its own Meta account. Leadvio does not provide a shared number for all customers, and your Meta account and number stay under your control.

WhatsApp and Meta rules still apply.

Messaging runs on WhatsApp through Meta, so template use and messaging follow WhatsApp and Meta rules. Leadvio gives your team the workflow inside the CRM; it does not change those platform rules.

You need a connected number to message.

Reading and replying from the CRM needs your number connected to your workspace first. Until the connection is complete, buyer chats cannot be worked from inside Leadvio in this way.

Yes. Your team can use message templates for common moments such as the first reply, site visit confirmations and follow-up reminders, so replies stay consistent and quick to send.

Follow-up reminders are tied to the lead. When a follow-up is due, your team can send the reminder over WhatsApp from the lead record, and the reply continues in the same thread.

The chats stay on the lead record in Leadvio. Another team member can read the full history and continue the conversation, so the buyer does not have to repeat anything.
