Commission Invoice Generator Template for Channel Partners
A commission invoice generator template for channel partners builds a correct commission invoice from your inputs: your firm, the developer, the project and unit, the deal value, the commission percentage, and GST if it applies. Type the details once, and the tool gives you a clean invoice you can copy or print and send to the developer. It is a template tool, not billing software: it does not file tax and does not connect to accounting software. It is free, instant, and needs no signup.

This invoice is a template prepared from the details above. Please verify the commission percentage, deal value and tax treatment against your developer agreement before sending.
How the invoice total is calculated
The maths has three steps:
Commission amount
Deal value multiplied by the commission percentage, divided by 100. This is the commission before GST, if GST applies to your invoice.
GST, only if you switch it on
Commission amount multiplied by the GST rate you enter, divided by 100. Switch GST on only if your agreement and registration require it, and enter the rate in your agreement. Switch it off if GST does not apply to your invoice.
Total invoice amount
Commission amount plus GST amount, when GST is switched on. The total is also written out in words, in the Indian numbering system, so the invoice reads correctly when printed.
Worked example
A deal worth ₹1,00,00,000 at a commission rate of 2 percent, with GST switched on at 18 percent, gives the invoice the tool opens with.
Switch GST off and the total is ₹2,00,000. The firm name, developer name, project and unit in the preview are template examples: replace them with your real details before sending.
Frequently asked questions
Your firm name and address, the developer name and project, the unit and deal value the commission relates to, the commission percentage and amount, the invoice number and date, and GST details only if GST applies. This tool builds all of those fields into one clean invoice from your inputs.
No. This is a template tool, not billing software. It does not file GST, does not send the invoice to the developer, and does not connect to any accounting software. It builds the invoice text for you to copy, print and send through your own process.
Only if GST applies to your invoice under your agreement and your registration position. The rate field is yours to set: it opens at 18 percent as an editable starting point, not as a statement of the rate for your case. If you are unsure, confirm with your chartered accountant before you send the invoice.
Your own running sequence, so no two invoices share a number. The field opens with INV-001 as a template example. Replace it with the next number in your sequence before you send the invoice.
Check it first against your developer agreement: the commission percentage, the deal value, the unit, and whether the commission is for the full deal or one payout stage. This tool does not check your agreement. If the commission is paid in stages, raise one invoice per stage, with the stage amount, rather than invoicing the full deal twice.
No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere, which is why a refreshed page starts blank again. Copy or print the invoice before you leave the page.
