Website Forms Integration | Leadvio
Website enquiries that land straight in your pipeline
The Leadvio website forms integration is for channel partners who already get enquiries from their own website. Your enquiry form sends each submission into Leadvio through a webhook, so the buyer becomes a lead in your pipeline with the details the form sent and the page it came from, ready for follow-up instead of sitting in a form inbox or an email thread.

A webhook connects your form to Leadvio
A webhook is a simple way for one tool to tell another tool that something happened. Here, your form tool tells Leadvio that a new enquiry was submitted, and sends the enquiry details with that message.
Copy the webhook address from Leadvio
In Leadvio, open the lead capture settings for webhooks and copy the webhook address for your workspace. This is the address your form will send enquiries to.
Add it to your form tool
In your website form tool, set that webhook address as the place new submissions are sent. Your form keeps working exactly as your visitors see it; only the destination for the data is added.
Map your form fields once
Match each field on your form to the lead field it belongs in, for example name to name and phone to phone. This one time mapping is what keeps each detail in the right place on the lead.
Enquiries arrive as leads
From then on, every new submission creates a lead in Leadvio on its own. No one has to copy names from a form inbox or forward enquiry emails to the team.
What arrives with each lead
A website form lead arrives with what your form sent. If your form collects it and your mapping is set, it lands on the lead record. The lead also carries the source page it came from, so you can see which page produced the enquiry, not just that your website did.
- Buyer name, phone number and email, when your form collects them
- The message or project interest your form sends with the enquiry
- Any other field your form sends and you have mapped, such as budget
- The source page the enquiry was submitted from
- The website form source, marked on the lead like every other source
Field mapping is the step that makes this reliable. Form tools name fields in their own way, so you tell Leadvio once which form field belongs in which lead field. After that, the phone number never lands in the notes, and the project name never lands in the wrong place.
The field names above are examples of how mapping reads. Your form fields are the ones your own form uses.
Into the pipeline, assigned, ready to follow up
A form lead does not wait in a separate list. The moment it arrives, it enters the same pipeline as your Facebook, 99acres and WhatsApp leads, gets assigned to your team, and the first follow-up can start from that record: a call, a WhatsApp reply, or a site visit conversation.
See how assigned leads are worked in Lead Management.
Prove it with one test enquiry
Do not wait for a real buyer to find out whether the setup works. Test it yourself, end to end, before you rely on it.
Submit a test enquiry
Go to your own website form and submit an enquiry with your own name and number, exactly as a buyer would.
Watch it land in Leadvio
Open your pipeline in Leadvio and find the test lead. It should appear as a new lead with the website form source.
Check every field
Open the lead and check that the name, phone and other fields landed in the right places. If anything is in the wrong place, fix the mapping and submit one more test enquiry.
When the test lead lands correctly, the connection is ready. Every real enquiry after that follows the same path.
Pages Studio is the native path
If your listing pages are built in Leadvio Pages Studio, you do not need the webhook at all. Pages Studio pages are part of Leadvio, so their enquiry forms feed the CRM directly. The enquiry becomes a lead with the project attached, in the same pipeline as every other lead.
- Enquiry forms on Pages Studio pages feed the CRM directly
- No webhook setup and no field mapping for Pages Studio pages
- The project from the listing page is attached to the lead
- Your own website can run alongside Pages Studio, both feeding one pipeline

What this connection needs, and what it does not do
Your form tool must be able to send webhooks.
This is a webhook connection. If your form tool cannot send webhooks, it cannot send enquiries to Leadvio in this way. Check that option in your form tool before you plan the setup around it.
Field mapping is a setup step you do once.
The mapping is not automatic guesswork. You match your form fields to lead fields one time, and you test it with your own enquiry. If you later change your form fields, check the mapping again.
Leadvio does not rebuild your existing website.
This integration connects the website and forms you already have to your pipeline. It does not redesign or rebuild your site. If you want listing pages inside Leadvio instead, that is what Pages Studio is for.
FAQ
Your form tool sends each new enquiry to Leadvio through a webhook. You copy the webhook address from Leadvio into your form tool, map your form fields once, and after that every submission creates a lead in your pipeline on its own.
The lead arrives with the fields your form sends, such as the buyer name, phone number, email and message or project interest, plus the source page the enquiry came from. What arrives depends on what your form collects and sends, so a form that asks for budget or project can pass that detail to the lead as well.
No. Field mapping is a one time setup step. You match each field on your form to the lead field it belongs in, for example your form phone field to the Leadvio phone field, so nothing lands in the wrong place. After that, every new enquiry uses the same mapping.
You can keep your existing website if your form tool can send webhooks. Pages Studio is the native path inside Leadvio: its listing pages have enquiry forms that feed the CRM directly, with no webhook to set up. Both paths land the lead in the same pipeline.
Submit a test enquiry on your own form, using your own name and number, then open Leadvio and watch the lead land in the pipeline. Check that each field arrived in the right place. If a field landed in the wrong place, fix the mapping and submit one more test enquiry to confirm it.
